All cancellation request and or changes must be made in writing, no exceptions.

All broker & endorsement fees are fully earned and non refundable.

Commercial policies are 25 % fully earned.  Meaning 25% of the annual premium is fully earned and there will be no flat cancellations.

All bonds are fully earned, ineligible to be flat cancelled, and non refundable.

All auto policies are subject to a cancellation fee by the carrier.

Special Event and One day Insurance premiums are fully earned and non-refundable.  May cancel if request is prior to effective date.

Policy fees and Inspection fees are fully earned by the insurance carrier

Billing fees are fully earned by the carriers
